MarketListen Privacy Notice
How the service-specific workspace notice supplements IDEA LAB’s master policy.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. Relationship to IDEA LAB’s policy
This service-specific notice supplements the IDEA LAB Privacy Policy. It describes the MarketListen workspace, rather than a general public inquiry form. IDEA LAB Digital Solutions Inc. operates MarketListen. The master policy explains contact details, rights and international processing.
2. Information used by the workspace
Depending on the functions you use, the service processes account identity and Google sign-in information, agency and client records, campaign briefs and creative content, review decisions, usage and audit records, and subscription/payment references. Supported account connections may require provider credentials through dedicated secure fields. Do not submit these credentials in campaign text or public contact forms.
The purpose is to authenticate users, provide requested campaign workflows, enforce plan limits, verify payments, maintain campaign history, secure the service and support account requests. Submit client information only when you have authority to do so; avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
3. Connected providers
Google handles Google authentication. AI-assisted preparation may send the relevant campaign inputs to the configured AI provider; deployment sends approved campaign information to the connected advertising provider. Payment providers receive checkout information and provide transaction references and subscription status to MarketListen. Their own policies also apply to their independent processing.
MarketListen does not ask you to enter full payment-card details into its campaign workspace. Billing details are entered into the checkout provider’s payment interface. Third-party providers may process data internationally as described in IDEA LAB’s master policy.
4. Planned cancellation retention
The planned cancellation policy retains the operational workspace for 30 days after cancellation takes effect, with read-only access and download/export. It then schedules operational data for deletion. Financial, audit, security, dispute or legally required records may have different retention periods. Backups expire through their own retention cycle; operational deletion does not mean instant erasure of every backup.
The export/deletion facility is still being implemented and must be completed before paid launch. We do not promise an unverified backup expiry date. A downgrade to an active paid plan does not trigger cancellation deletion.
5. Questions and rights
For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact IDEA LAB’s Data Protection Officer at accounts@idealabweb.com, +(632) 8359.5977, 3rd Floor Salcedo One Center, 170 Salcedo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, Philippines 1223. Applicable rights, lawful retention exceptions and complaint channels are explained in the master Privacy Policy.
